The grating

Made from high grade composite ductile iron the FIBERTEC sotted gratings have an anti-slip surface and are hydraulically optimized with elegant inlet slots. The grating designs are award winning with a nomination for a German design prize and honoured with the Focus Open Design Award.

RECYFIX NC is a range of highly stable and lightweight linear drainage made of Polypropylene for Civils engineering, available in loading classed D400-E600.

The channel

Unlike other channels, RECYFIX NC comes prefabricated and ready to install with the channel and grating as one part. This makes for easier handling on site and in stock compared to channel made of polymer concrete. The channels are made from a high-grade material and are stable, yet almost unbreakable, flexible and resistant to most common chemicals. The lightweight channels can withstand high traffic loads and temperature differences in daily use.

The grating

Coming as one with the channel (not removable), the grating for RECYFIX NC comes in two loading classes, D400 and E600, both are made from high quality ductile iron.

FASERFIX KS is a range of channel drainage with gratings to suit various loading applications from 25 to 90 tonnes. The channels are manufactured from fibre reinforced concrete which makes them extremely strong, perfect for heavy loading areas up to class F900.

Made in Germany, the high-tech fibre reinforced concrete offers optimum stability combined with low weight. One channel can be used for all loading classes ensuring security and cost savings. The side walls offer maximum stability with 20mm high grade angle housing which guarantee an excellent connection between the angle housing and the concrete. FASERFIX KS channels have higher drainage cross sections compared to V-shaped channels and an excellent hydraulic performance.

The grating

The SIDE-LOCK boltless locking grating system gives ease of installation, saving time and money. The grating also offers a time saving of up to 90% when it comes to fixing the grating, as you can insert and replace the grating without any need for specialist tools; a screwdriver will suffice.
