Tom started his JDP career as a graduate trainee on JDP’s Lion Program. During this time, he experienced various roles within JDP from picking stock to trade counter sales. He then did some training at Head Office where he decided he wanted to be part of the Technical Support team.
Fast forward 5 years later and he is the supervisor of Technical Support and has a very in-depth knowledge of all the products at JDP and is responsible for offering value engineered solutions to customers.
The teams I work with, the team spirit and working atmosphere. The intellectual challenges that are provided to me each day in terms of different calculations that may be required or problems that need to be solved, keeps the job extremely varied and very interesting.
