Commitment to our Customers
Our ambition is to have delighted customers and to meet this challenge by providing quality products, outstanding service and value for money. JDP is committed to the supply of quality goods, manufactured by quality assured sources. Our task is to anticipate our customers' likely requirements, store appropriate products and deliver them as required on short lead times with a high degree of reliability. Each element of this is relatively simple, but the challenge comes from the high numbers of transactions, which need to be executed without error for customer satisfaction to be achieved. Management believes that if this challenge is to be achieved, JDP will need to maintain simple methods and clearly communicate best practice to all employees. Mistakes are normally small, but the customer rightly expects perfect performance.
EN ISO9001 Quality System
JDP is committed to the process of documented procedures which conform to EN ISO9001: 2000 and are both internally audited and supervised by a reputable Quality Certificated body. Regular review of customer satisfaction and performance indicators is made using a variety of sources and management is charged with finding effective measures to reduce future non-conformity and increase satisfaction.
The entire quality system is reviewed for relevance and suitability on an annual basis. Part of this review includes setting quality objectives for the business as a whole. These objectives shall be communicated to all the Company employees.
Performance through Quality
"Performance through Quality" is a theme for personal development throughout the Company. Commencing with induction for new employees and continuing with regular updates in performance, staff are kept aware of the importance of compliance as a means of delivery for customer satisfaction. It is the target of the Company to be sufficiently proactive in this area that the business is focused more on preventative rather than corrective measures and that the attention to detail yields a customer service which is good enough to be a competitive advantage to JDP.
