Capital Retail Park, Leckwith (Cardiff)

The Capital Retail Park in Leckwith, Cardiff, is part of the Leckwith developement - consisting of an 18-unit shopping centre, Cardiff City FC's new 26,500 seater-stadium and a new athletics stadium. JDP worked with Hauraton to supply RecyFix HiCap and Paverslot systems to the development, helping to prevent flooding and ease surface water run-off.

Hauraton RecyFix HiCap is a modular high-capacity drainage channel that is suitable for either heavy or light load areas. No expensive cranes or machine hours are required for installation, and the slotted covers are "almost invisible" making them ideal for attractive locations or architecturally demanding areas. Plastic, galvanised and ductile iron gratings in slotted, mesh, perforated, paverslot and solid options makes this the most comprehensive product on the market.

The RecyFix range is also the only 100% recycled plastic drainage channel available in the UK. JDP, working with Hauraton, provided the system in both the retail park and access roads.
